Hello
I successfully unlocked a Vodafone ZTE R205 a year ago and have been using it with Voda and Orange SIMs.
It's been a bit funny about connecting to phone networks' data connections however. With Orange it took a few reboots of the device, but I'm now using a Three SIM.
It recognises the Three network, but only connects to it for data if I go into the device's web config page and save blank network config settings. I have to do this every time after powering-on.
Anyone got any idea why this is doing this, please? I have tried setting network-depended APN settings, etc, but it seems happy enough for them to be blank. I've also hard-reset the device to clear anything out.
Also, is it possible to get to a ZTE's config file - it might be that I could tinker about with that at a lower-level than the web browser configuration permits.
Some pictures: it looks like this before connecting properly. You can see the signal strength meter is "greyed out"

After doing this in the web browser config...

it shows this...

And it ends up working, see the signal bars have changed

And it works as expected, until it is turned off and it's back to square one!
