I am unlimited Dongle (ID: 013245A5) user I tried to unlock ZTE MF 29 but I get Error command
Insufficient credits for unlock and CGMM name: Unknown ZTE router.
2 months before I unlock one MF29 router but now I cannot able to unlock.
After trying that attempt the router is not connected with the same airtel 4g sim. What is the solution?

Maybe there are more modems connected to computer at detect time? If so, disconnect them and try detecting again.
Router is not detected correctly, thats why it ask for credits.
Also, after each attempt to detect restart router. If this will not help, contact us by live chat from web page and we will try to help you.
