ZTE MF 90 Unable to take any signal (Red Bar) After Unlock

Dear Expert,

Kindly need your help for my device which already successfully unlock and yet not receiving any signal after that. I tried to reset and restart for N times but still cannot. Please help and below is my device information.

Some post advice to disable the diagnostic port but it reply with " no response ! "

"No response" does not necessarily mean that port was not disabled, you should check it regardless what answer you get. Make sure to set correct connection settings, check with other sim card if possible.

Try to disable diagnostics port couple of times, like you did last time, don't forget to restart device after unlock.
