Device and it's Firmware is supported for unlock, but you need to detect it as a phone for unlock to work.

Detect it manually by writing in com ports into fields while model is selected manually. Port fields are written and visible in Device manager, try simply reinstalling modem on pc if it was detected earlier but not anymore. Make sure no program uses your modem during detection.

Fiasco. Device Manager determines how the modem zte usb scsi cd-rom usb devais com port 29 and 30 com. Phone determines how freely. The modem does not find. I do not see options. If you have tips waiting for an answer

If device was detected earlier but not anymore, then you've made changes on computer/device that we are not aware of. Try to reinstall modem on computer, make sure device is visible under modems line in device manager before detection.
