finally i can configure driver and detected by dc unlocker.
this dc unlocker detect my mifi:

so now, how i can unlock its with DC unlcker?

found someone share method to enable diagport,please try and share your flashing method.

We do not have any flash method. Your diagnostics port already existed as you can see from detect info which you have provided in first post.

UNLOCKED but when i insert sim still says SIMLOCK

Have you restarted device after unlock? Also make sure that APN is set correctly for other operator's sim card.
Please insert unsupported operators sim and do these steps now: 1. Launch DC-Unlocker software.
2. Go to Server tab, login.
3. Detect your device. Try to unlock it (REGARDLESS OF RESULT CONTINUE FURTHER WITH STEPS)
4. After that, go to Options tab.
5. Click "Save log".
6. Attach log file to reply, please.
