ZTE MF667 modem speed is 3,6Mbps not 21,6Mbps

Hy there ,

I have unlocked my ZTE MF667 modem ,by using this command

http://192.168.0.1/goform/goform_process?goformId=MODE_SWITCH&switchCmd=FACTORY

from my broswer , the modem usb is disconnect
because the driver is in usb storage and not detected , so i use dc-unlocker driver pack for zte mf 667,
it's success install and i success unlocked my modem ,
but the problem now is that the modem speed detected 3,6Mbps not 21,6Mbps
any solution for this ?
or the command code to restore my modem

This modem was unlocked 6 months ago. So the problem might be that you have disabled certain functions on device with your command entry. You should check device troubleshooting in manual.
