changing factory settings

Hey,

I have a ZTE MF60,
When I add a new profile in the APN setting
With an APN address that I choose, I can see the profile name that I created and use it,
But when I do reset (not a ordinary sutdown) to the device the profile that I created despair.
There is way to save the profile ?
by change the factory setting?

Unfortunately but there isn't it depends on device and it's firmware most likely.
