MF 823 Dashboard missing

hi, plz someone help me, I have a zte mf 823 unlocked. but when i connect the modem into my laptop nothing appears. the drivers are installed.
when i used the dc-unlocker program it appears and use the option Read dashboard it give me a message with The dashboard is missing.

plz help

Originally this modem is not supported for reading dashboard, anyway, before you try, make sure that drive of your modem is visible in computer area.
