ZTE MF667 Error

I have problem unlocking my ZTE modem the specification of my device are as follows:

Found modem : MF667
Model : ZTE MF667
IMEI : 860014014452510
Firmware : BD_SMTVOMF667V1.0.0B01
Compile date / time : Oct 23 2012 10:15:11
Chipset : Qualcomm MSM8200A
NAND Flash : HYNIX_HY27SF081G2A
SIM Lock status : Locked (Card Lock)

Please see errors I got below:

Security data error !

Error code 84

Security data error !

unlock failed !

I just want to ask if refund is possible for this?
