ZTE MF64 Unlocking Issue

I'm having an issue with unlocking my brand new hotspot, I get the following once I scan with DC-Unlocker client:

It says it's unlocked, but I never hit the unlock button and used my credits, and the device will not recognize other sim cards once I disable the diagnostic port and insert a different sim. It will work with a T-Mobile sim. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

What sim card is there inserted at detect time? Original or other provider? Only with not original sim card inserted you will see correct lock status.

I have the same modern, locked by T-Mobile, insert invalid sim card and run DC-Unlocked results below
