    Is there not original sim (sim from other provider than modem) inserted at detect time?

      so it should use the default modem sim can only be unlocked?if you use the default modem sim card , the status is unlocked.

        Then download latest DC-unlocker software https://www.dc-unlocker.com/downloads/get/y2NVqLwv detect and unlock from it, while invalid operator sim is inserted.
