always (Cannot change to download mode)

many tyme install and uninstall dricer
change pc also

use driver (MF190_Driver_pack) and (MF90_B08_Drivers) also

trying support online chat from 2 days but not online may be my wrong time

Why you use mf90 drivers for mf190? After error open device manager and update new detected device drivers with correct mf190 drivers. Then try to repeat.
