    Hello,
Please check if the sim card is inserted correctly, make sure APN matches new sim card operator too. Correct lock status on dc-unlocker software can see with invalid operator sim inside.

      Thanks Valdemaras,
      SIM is correctly inserted.
APN matches..anyway, APN configuration should not affects to connectivy to the network (no service Status).

DC Unlocker status with differents SIM is always unlocked.

      please advice

Do you have more sim cards to test device with maybe? Because there is really nothing more to it. There is maybe band/frequency malfunction if current operator does not provide service on bands that device supports.

You mean now original one does not work as well? Try to remove batter for half a minute then insert it back, see if it is still same, otherwise you might need ot rewrite it's original firmware.

              Hi Valdemaras,
I've done all that you recommend me, but still not works...
it seems the unlocking process transform my modem into a brick! :S

how can I rewrite the original firmware?

              thanks!

            Never mind.
I run DC-unlocker again to check the existing firmware version. This time it got hung but then to my surprise I notice the signal is now blue. Weird, but i get the signal now so I cancel the plan to rewrite the firmware.
            thanks for your support
