ZTE MF667 modem unlock

Hi all!

I am from Romania and I have a ZTE MF667 modem who is locked on Telekom Romania. When I insert another network sim, it's apears a window in that I have to put unlock code. I tried to unlock it with dc-unlocker, but didn't work, requested a username and password.

The dates about my modem are down there, from dc-unlocker, please help me with unlock.

Ok, but how credit do I need for unlock this modem?

Later edit: I found, I need 7 euro, too much for this, from my point of view.
