Hello, I was finally able to unlock my ZTE router (MF283+), but since doing so it does not connect to any networks. To test it I used the original sim card that it was locked to (and working with) prior to the unlocking, but it will not connect to the network. It shows signal strength and everything else looks normal, but no WAN IP address appears and it will never connect. I've tried resetting, restarting, ran it back through the ZTE modem software (it shows unlocked), etc, but still no connectivity. Any help you can provide would be appreciated. Thank you!

BTW, I know that the MF283 isn't listed as supported, but I'd be happy to use mine as a beta tester to add to the list of supported routers, as I'm not actively using this one. it looks as if the unlock software works fine, it just perhaps needs a small modification to get the cellular modem to connect. It sees all the available networks, shows signal strength, etc. Could it be perhaps that the APN is not logging in correctly to the network? That's what it acts like. Thanks in advance. -
You should try to check if the APN is actually correct for the new operator sim too. If you have changed something manually on pc for unlock then you should try puttin g those settings back as they were prior to it as well.Comment
