The following is output from DC-unlocker for my ZTE Z223. This phone isn't listed in your docs, but the Z221 and Z222 are, and an earlier post suggested that DC unlocker used to support the device.

kachi00, you've got to click on 'buy credits', and that'll create an account for you with an auto-generated password. Unlocking requires credits.

If you have an account for dc-unlocker let us know, we may be able to unlock it remotely for you for free since it is not yet supported.
