Vodafone K3772 error code 279

Hi I hope someone can help me with this.
I have a Vodafone K3772 dongle I am trying to unlock. Every time I try is give me error code 279. The Vodafone drivers / software are install and the software see the mode fine but is not running.

This is what DC unlocker give me.

Hello, your error shows the problem with port, if you connect your modem to pc via usb cable or usb hubs, please don't, connect it directly to usb port on pc, try connecting to another one if current usb port on pc does not work as well. Make sure modem is not being used by any other service on pc too - it's dashboard closed as well.

hi yes seem to work on a differing PC with windows 10 get error code 22 but after unpluging it and reload the unlocker it now say unlocked.
