ZTE MF64 Issue

Hi Everyone,

Hate to be needy on my first post. I am having trouble with my ZTE MF64/T-Mobile 4G Hotspot Z64
Its showing as unlocked but there is no signal on all sims inserted.

Found modem : MF64
Model : ZTE MF64/T-Mobile 4G Hotspot Z64
IMEI : ______________________
Firmware : BD_TMOMF64V3.0
Compile date / time : Jul 28 2014 21:08:42
Chipset : Qualcomm MSM8200A
NAND Flash : ESMT_FM6AD1G12A
SIM Lock status : unlocked

I have bought credit but the unlock button is still greyed out. Will appreciate any help available.

Is there original or other provider sim inserted at detect time? Only with not original sim (other provider sim) inserted you will see correct lock status.

I have another provider sim in it. It says no service. On the browser it identifies the sim but no service

I ask about sim inserted at detect time by dc-unlocker. Is it original or other provider?Only with not original sim (other provider sim) inserted you will see correct lock status.

Its a different Sim. Unit is TMobile, Sim is from various other companies

Then your modem is not locked or unlocked already.
If device accept other provider sim card and show network, means it is unlocked.
To use it with other provider you need to enter new provider settings - apn username and others.
