DC-Unlocker sw cant detect phone

I tried: powered off, powered on, powered with sim

DC - Unlocker 2 Client 1.00.1336

Detecting phone :

selection :
manufacturer - ZTE phones
model - Auto detect (recommended)

Phone not found !

I tried on XP and Win7 x64

In system are installed:
ZTE Handset USB Modem
ZTE Handset Diagmostic Interface
ZTE Handset NMEA Device


Any idea?

Make sure then in task manager there is no other zte or carrier of the phone related service running, otherwise if ports are taked dc-unlocker won't be able to detect it.

I enable hidden devices and delete all not used ports - stil cant detect phone

Phone won't be unlocked when detected as modem. Need to do detect as phone.

So why DC software detects it like modem and won't detect it as [phone?

Because modem detection is not same as phone detection. Different requirements and conditions.
