Cannot unlock Telia ZTE MF823 (b05)

Hi gents.
I have credits and can see the modem, it is de Telia ZTE MF823
but probably doing something wrong :-)

Unlocker sees the modem and 2 ports (com10 and com8)
but doesn't allow me to press "unlock"


The dongle was in the networks node -> disabled it
The dongle was in the modem node -> disabeld it
Now the modem is not recognized
Enabled the modem part
Now the modem is recognized

struggeld with the enable and disable diagnostic button
but nothing helps.

What am I doing wrong??
OS is Win10

Hello,
If the unlock button is disable then most likely on software it is detected with "unlocked" lock status. To get correct lock status, insert unsupported operator sim into modem and repeat detection, then it should work.

I forgot to attach de log part, now diagnostic port 1 is COM8.
I put in a t-mobile sim for network from the netherlans, and the operator was Telia SE.
Card status is unknown, (removed imei number)

Driver shows up as "ZTE Proprietary USB Modem"

Tested it with
- The old Telia SE SIM
- A new Telia SE Sim (this is now in the TP-link I work on)
- T-Mobile NL Sim

But all gave the same result : unknown(read failed)
if I enter the admin console tru firefox I get "No USIM Card or Card invalid!"

Maybe you have username for dc-unlocker software, we could take log file then and check if something could be done about it remotely.

From log file it appears that modem does not see sim card inserted which might be related to fault device or another case it is customized and not possible to do anything at all, in both ways no unlock could be done for this device sadly.

MF823 is gone, seems to be defective. Telia SE took it back and gave me a ZTE MF910.
