Problem with ZTE AC30

Hi guys!

I have ZTE AC30 CDMA version ,, I want to unlock it but whenever I try I fail ..
The Dc-Unlocker Program detected my device and the drives are installed well ..
But it says that the modem is possibly damaged
What Shall I do ?

Hello,

Try to launch dc-unlocker software as administrator, try different usb port on pc, if you have more usb cable try them too. Otherwiase device's internal hardware parts may be damaged.
