Hello, what results you get when you detect device using auto detect, or when you try from another computer which is clean as this one has way too many installations and needs to be cleaned.

Please try to use auto detect instead of selecting port manually.

I already did select auto detect and the software chose those ports before unlocking.
The "Network unlock" button is grayed out if I select Auto-detect.

By the way in Device Manager, I see that ZTE Diagnostics Interface is COM3 and ZTE NMEA Device is COM4. I did manually change Application port to COM4 but no luck...

From what it looks your device runs 306zt firmware, that was never unlocked and may belong to another type of device, regardless, please do this:

1. Restart DC-Unlocker software.
2. Go to Server tab, login (Must press “check log in” before continuing)
3. Detect your device. Try to unlock, after error do rest of the steps
4. Go to Options tab.
5. Click "Save log".
6. Send that file to me, please.
