Lost credits trying unlock MF190 using method posted here.

I lost 4 credits trying to upgrade my modem using the method posted in

It used 4 credits from the 7 I had for unlocking the ZTE MF190.
Can I get the 4 credits back please?

Also, I tried the DC-Unlockr solution but get an error 84,
