Hi, I try to unlock ZTE MF195E with "DC-Unlocker-ZTE-ICERA unlocker client v.1.0026" and I get this error:

Your modem must be not connected to internet while you do it, also connect it directly to usb port on pc, do not use any hubs or cable extensions. Make sure modem dashboard service is not running as well.

How did you mean, that the modem "must not be connected to internet"? It can not connect to internet, because the SIM in it is blocked (need entering unclok code).
I connect it directly to USB port.
I uninstall the modem application and install only drivers for modem.

There is still something incorrect. You had installed it previously fully - with it's dashboard and also got error or always tried only to install it's drivers?

I installed it previously fully, but when unlocker "Switching modem port mode", dashboard app automatically starting and I get previous error in unlocker app.

What if you close the app before error appears?

Then sadly no way out, you may try previous version of ICERA unlocker though it probably will be same.
