MF190B - Unlock issue

Hello

I have managed to detect my USB dongle, but I get the following message (see attached photo):

Unable to retrieve necessary information from the modem, please make sure you use proper DC-unlocker software!


Also, when I checked my account status, it says (see photo):

Account Blocked

Please can anyone help?

Reconnect modem to another usb port directly on pc, do not use extension cables or usb hubs. No blocks on your account. Try to log in prior to detection. Otherwise provide IP address from which you try to log in, maybe it has a block on it.
