Hello ,
i am dongle user and i have unlocked 5pcs ZTE MF637. 3 of them are working fine , but the 2 pcs are not working. When inserted in USB slot it is showing 'USB device not recognized ' ,please help!!

Sorry, do not think that it happened after unlock. Maybe you update firmware or dashboard. Do you see any devices related to modem in device manager?

I am not sure whether dashboard sw is flashed .
But now it is not showing anything in modem,
as soon as i plug in to laptop it says 'usb device not recognized'

any thing can be done to these modems?

i can see only 'unknown device ' under USB devices in device manager .when i plug Mf637.

pls advise

If you not see cd-rom,only unknown device, then sorry, we will not be able to help you. This can not be caused by unlock.
