I unlocked my modem, but still get invalid sim, tested 2 working sims and cant get it to connect to internet

SIM Lock status : unlocked

do i need to flash some firmware or something ?
i did configure new sims apn and data

If dashboard shows invalid sim then possibly dashboard is branded/customized and needs to be replaced to generic one.

could you direct me into downloading a generic one and how to flash it ? thanks !

Sorry, we do not have information of where it could be or how it could be named. It may even be "branded" but would not have restrictions to use another operator card with it. Though usually if it's branded it does not allow to set apn/new profile at all.
