Failed to unlock ZTE MF90 Bolt (Indonesia)

Hi, I try to unlocking my wifi modem ZTE MF90 Bolt, using ZTEQMF90BoltWriter_V8.exe but failed with an error.
After I restarted the modem still in lock condition but my credit (7) has changed to 0.

Please help, below is the log from ZTEQMF90BoltWriter_V8 :

Hi Valdemaras, I tried to run the ZTEQMF90BoltWriter_V8,

I will try it later , since I don't bring the modem now.
