My ZTE MF636 not reconized

My ZTE MF636 when connect to usb port is not reconized and DC-Unlocker can't unlocked.

Any help?

If you can not detect modem you should check the fallowing:
Check, if the drivers are installed
Check, if the connection software for this modem is closed and modem is not connected to internet
Check, if you use autodetect function in dc-unlocker software
Check, if you use latest dc-unlocker software version.

Hi,

This as happened after try to update firmware.

DC-Unlocker before the update detected the ZTE, after update, when the ZTE is pluged to USB port, windows and DC-Unlocker canīt detect it.

I think the firmware upgrade was not sucessfull.

Anything i can do?

Do you see any devices for this modem in device manager or modem cd-rom in windws explorer?

No, the only thing i see is "Unknown device" at device manager.
