Try to detect modem by using autodetect first. Be sure no other modems are connected at same time and modem software is closed. Try to unlock on other computer.
If you can not detect modem you should check the fallowing:
Check, if the drivers are installed
Check, if the connection software for this modem is closed and modem is not connected to internet
Check, if you use autodetect function in dc-unlocker software
Check, if you use latest dc-unlocker software version.
If that does not help, try to use enable diagnostic posr option in dc-unlocker software before detecting.
NMEA port is not diagnostic port. Could you try updating the drivers with any other drivers and then try detecting by autodetect and unlocking? You can try to use drivers from dc-unlocker folder.
