According to the picturers you sent, the connection software does not see modem. You should check the drivers. Unlock should not effect that modem can not be detected. Maybe you tryed to update firmware or to change dashboard.

Bes ure you see the modem in device manager and drievrs are installed. Check, if not other software or or other modem is taking the modem com port.
