MF628 connect failed

hello

i have mf628 locked

i make unlock by dc-unlocker

it,s now unlocked

but when i put the modem mf628 in my pc
its not install the soft

i mean its no softower in side
i try to write sotwoer by the brog
MF628_Updater_KPN_NL_EN

in 5% give me error

and when i open by Connection_Manager_generic_EN_DE ....Join Air


he see the signal but give me ( Device is disconnected )

connect failed

plz i need to help

It may be that MF628_Updater_KPN_NL_EN has damaged your modem. If you se no device in device manager, then sorry, we can not help you. If free manager see the network, then modem is still working. You must check, if not other connection software is launched at same time.

but give me in down

( Device is disconnected )


the modem not give the software insid before make unlock

any solution to make this modem when i

put in new pc . make install with his self ?

If that does not help, sorry, do not know what may be wrong more. We have not had such problem before.

tryed to flash modem with MF628_Updater_KPN_NL_EN
error at 5%

now the modem is no more recognized and installed by drivers

(only the data port is still active)

I think that fw was not the right one for our modem.. we need another one to re-flash the device

any help appreciated..
