Unlocking ZTE MF 628 Problem???

I used the dc unlocker 2 client 1.00.0299 software.I saw in the news from the dc unlocker

please help me to unlock this modem in a free way.please help me any body know about it.But I do n't have user name and password.I think it is not need, because they said it's free....

We do not unlock for free. This modem unlock cost 7 euros. Error 64 means no password. Username and password you will receive after you buy credits.
Free unlimited is only if you have dc-unlocker dongle – a hardware key to dc-unlocker software. If you do not have this key, then you need top buy credits.
