Help me! I'm a newbie

I have a Pocket wifi 303ZT! I plug it to computer by MicroUSB cable! I run DC_Unlocker to check device but it isn't work! I cannot find device because it don't have port to check this!
P/s: I was installed driver when i plug 303ZT to computer!

So where does it appear in device manager when you plug it in?

According to the instructions, it appears on Ports (COM & LPT) but on my computer does not appear! But when plugging in a USB cable to connect the computer, it still receives pocket wifi's Netword Adapter!

So maybe another active network adapter uses same ip/subnet as your device and dc-unlocker can't get access to it.

Like you say, i disable all network adapters in PC except 303ZT network adapter! But it's not working, DC-Unlocker still not find 303ZT device.

I assume device is not connected to any network, it's dashboard not opened, as it can not be used by any other service. If that's the case then sadly on current pc not possible to progress further.
