Public account not working?

Hi all,

Firstly thanks for all that you do and for creating this awesome software. I am trying to unlock my ZTE MF112, however having a slight issue that I can't seem to log into the public account as per the details on the credit page notification. When I input 'freeuser' & 'unlimited' I just get an error 'Wrong username or password!'

Is anyone able to help me out please?
