You need to reconnect device to pc to see correct lock status.

i pluged in/out the device, restarted the notebook, run the software with the administrator previvileges, evry time the modem is still asking for unlock code ...

Then you should download and use latest zte icera unlocker instead.

In the support area under DC-unlocker softwares / DC-Unlocker ZTE ICERA Modems unlocker client are 2 versions available:
1. dc_ZTE_Icera_unlocker_v.1.0020
2. dc_ZTE_Icera_unlocker_v.1.0025

there is no other/newer version to download.
