Need Help with ZTE MF622

I have a ZTE MF622, it was lock from the ISP (Indosat - Indonesia), I travel a lot to several cities in indonesia, yet my ISP which is Indosat is not available in some cities, so I need to unlock it to be able to use it with other ISP. My friend tell me that dc-unlocker might be able to unlock it.
I already bought a credit here in DC-Unlocker but i can't see any guide to use this credit.
Could you please inform me a step by step way to unlock it? Do i need to download anything from here.

If short, you need download dc-unlocker software, install all drivers, start dc-unlocker, select zte, detect follow instructions on screen, and press unlock.

I've downloaded the tutorials for zte, also downloading the software, i kind of confuse about choosing which software to download : i choose to download this dc-unlocker_client-1.00.0162, is this the correct one for zte??
