ZTE MF193M Modem not found and SIM Lock Status: unknown (read failed)

I have tried to unlock the ZTE MF193M 3G usb modem. When I use the default SIM card, then different operator SIM card, I get this message

need insert SIM without PIN !

Can this uSB stick be unlocked please? Dc unlocker can't even read SIM state

Yes, it is different from MF193. Maybe someday in future, sorry, not exact day for it.
