MF283U Unlock

Dear family,
Thank you for the great solutions and services.
I have a router that I'd like to unlock, but also seems to have a locked webUI; as I cant log onto it using conventional credentials.
All connection seems futile, as I cant ping it using ethernet. tried Male2Male but still not lucky!
Kindly assist.
