ZTE MF627 usb modem is unavailable

Hi all. I've just unlocked my usb modem and installed the custom software. Everything seems to work fine, the software recognize my new sim card, ask for my pin code etc. I set the network as well so it seems I just have to click "Connect" but when I do it I have this error message "usb modem is unavailable".

What can I do to fix the problem?

You need to leave original software also. do not uninstall it. Install not customized software, then connect modem, wait till original software starts, then close it and run not customized software. Then it should see the modem.

Tnx for your answer. I reinstalled the original software and now the system sees my usb key but the "not customized software" is no longer working. I have this error when I start it:

"Impossible to find the access point _MEX_SetAllCountInSim of the procedure in the dynamic connection library DLL_NETCARD_R_DLL"

If I uninstall the not customize software, the original one doesnt work either, they probably share some files.

I tried to add a new connection to the original software but even if I have line and sim and modem are recognized it cant connect.
