How to upload dashboard ZTE MF22?

I have downloaded dashboard, but Dc-client say: "Dashboard functions are free, but You must have active DC-Unlocker credits account !"

I have active account.

Activa account is dc-unlocker software account. Not forum account. Account is created after you buy credits. There may be no credits in account for this function.
