Could you try to detect it using dc-unlocker and copy here what is detected? Then we would check what we can do.

here's what I get with an invalid sim inserted...

DC - Unlocker 2 Client 1.00.0509

Detecting card :

selection :
manufacturer - ZTE modems

card not found !

please check for drivers, and close t mobile or other software, not supported modem should be detected too.

invalid sim is inserted, I can see AT port on COM21, Diagnostic port on COM20 and GPS port on COM22 in device manager (win 7x64), yet still reports "card not found!" while using ZTE modems Autodetect. If I try "enable diagnostic port" in unlocking, I get "card not found!"

If I click on "Unknown ZTE modem" and set application to COM21 and diagnostic to COM20, device seems to reset, long pause and then the tmobile software loads again.

I cannot find stand alone drivers for this card.

I can access the card's at command set using putty - if you can give me the at commands, I can report the results.

odd, i used it to unlock my sierra wireless usb 301 card. will try with 32 bit.

If you can not detect modem you should also check the fallowing:
Check, if the drivers are installed
Check, if the connection software for this modem is closed and modem is not connected to internet
Check, if you use autodetect function in dc-unlocker software
Check, if you use latest dc-unlocker software version.

Sorry, if modem can not be detected by dc-unlocker, we can not try unlocking it also.
