Yes, version is supported. Try to restart and do unlock again. Also check, if phone software is closed and no other modems or phones are connected. Something is taking the port.

yes restarted pc and nothing is running except it but still same error on 2 same phones..... think its a bug it unlocked flawlessly with **** on same pc

If you can not detect you should check the fallowing:
Check, if the drivers are installed
Check, if the phone software is closed
Check, if you use autodetect function in dc-unlocker software
Check, if you use latest dc-unlocker software version.
