After unlocking process, ZTE MF-622 not detected anymore

Dear Sirs

i have ZTE MF-622 after unlocking procedure is successful, after reboot, the modem is not detected anymore

before unlocking, i use search button to do automatic search but it cannot find the modem, afterward, i go to device manager and look at which port is the modem working and the diagnostic port also.

after manual setting of modem and diagnostic port, dc-unlocker can detect the modem in "locked" state, then i press "unlock"

after unlocking process done, now i cannot see the modem anymore on device manager

any advice from everyone here who share the same problem is appreciated

do i need to re write dashboard and firmware? but it does not detected in device manager anymore

Write me your username and modem imei. I will check, if it was unlocked for sure.
Dc-unlocker does not change anything to modem that may cause this. Maybe you tryed to update the firmware?

modem's imei is 356545012096073

this is my customer's modem, so i don't know if it has already been upgraded, but as far as i know, the modem is detected by dc-unlocker and it was successfully unlocked, at least that was it tells me on the info window

you can check the imei for me if its unlocked?
so if i wanted to write firmware, i just read from another healthy modem of the same type from the same provider and just write it back using dc-unlocker?

the problem is now modem is not showing on device manager, both modem port and diagnostic port, but before unlocking process, it can be read by dc-unlocker, and still can see what ports the modem uses

Yes, this mdoem was unlocked by dc-unlocker. But it was unlocked about a month ago. Why you tell about the problem only now?
You can not write firmware so easy as you say. DC-unlocker can not update firmware.
Also I think that there was firmware updated or something else done to modem after unlock. Because dc-unlocker can not effect this becase it does not change anything related to detect by windows.

yes it was unlocked a month ago and until now i don't have solution to use the modem back or relock it again to factory state

i don't make thread in here because i know this has nothing to do with unlocking process, but i'm just curious if someone could help me with my problem

no, there is no firmware upgrade done to the modem yet
