ZTE MF632 unlocked , after that no connection possible

I just unlocked my ZTE mf632 ,
DC - Unlocker 2 Client 1.00.0546

Detecting card :

selection :
manufacturer - ZTE modems
model - ZTE MF632

Found modem : MF632
Model : ZTE MF632
IMEI : 357509010557154
Firmware : P673M1V1.0.0B04 BD_P673M1V1.0.0B04
SIM Lock status : unlocked

but after unlocking modem is broken and can not connect anymore , I tried 3 different softwares, the original sim and another sim card - 2 different operators, it gives the same mistake after trying to connect. Settings are correct 100%. I can receive sms, but I can not send sms or connect - with the both sims. The sims are working, they are tested with another modem. Probably is something broken in the sender function after unlocking? some ideas ?
