    Please help me. I can't unlock my (manufacturer - Huawei modems,modem : MF628
    IMEI : 352449025043343
    Firmware : 671M5V1.0.0B09
    SIM Lock status : unknown(read failed)

    Al ways get this message as:

    manufacturer - Huawei modems
    model - Auto detect (recommended)

    Found modem : MF628
    IMEI : 352449025043343
    Firmware : 671M5V1.0.0B09
    SIM Lock status : unknown(read failed)

    sorry, this card not supported !

    Please, check manufacturer's selection !



    Please help me for solve this problem. I need unlock this devise.

    Why do you detect zte modem as huawei modem? Select zte as manufacturer, detect then and unlock.

      Sir, I found this message and I can't do unlock my device. Please guide me.

      For correct ZTE modem detection, please plug modem with invalid operator SIM inserted. Wait till software starts the modem, close ZTE software and then you can detect modem with DC-Unlocker.

        I done same as see. But always not completed. Repeat same issue. I put the same user id and password of my forum login. If I have to register again please guide me. Here is message is shown there.

              If you can not detect modem you should check the fallowing:
              Check, if the drivers are installed
              Check, if the connection software for this modem is closed and modem is not connected to internet
              Check, if you use autodetect function in dc-unlocker software
              Check, if you use latest dc-unlocker software version.

              ZTE modems need to detect as ZTE modems, not as Huawei.
