Try to use latest dc-unlocker software. Restart and do unlock again.
Also be sure there is not original sim card inserted to modem at detect and unlock time.

the error is not there anymore and the modem is unlocked.. i am using it right now however when i try to use and install it on other laptops/computers it doesnt work and cant be installed..
i need to use it at home and outside as well.. so could u plz tell me what to do

Try to detect modem and under detected modem copy AT+ZCDRUN=F and press enter. After this reconnect modem and check, if dashboard starts.

thnx alot.. i tried to detect the modem but unfortunatly, it cant be found..
i still cant use on other laptops than the one i installed on the first time, i wonder if i can download any program or firmware to solve that problem..

If you can not detect modem you should check the fallowing:
Check, if the drivers are installed
Check, if the connection software for this modem is closed and modem is not connected to internet
Check, if you use autodetect function in dc-unlocker software
Check, if you use latest dc-unlocker software version.
