Vodafone K3570-Z Unlock problems

Hi, Have purchased this software and am trying to unlock my dongle, am following the instructions. Putting an invalid SIM in and closing the Vodafone software but keep getting the error "Card Not Found" Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks, Steve

If you can not detect modem you should check the fallowing:
Check, if the drivers are installed
Check, if the connection software for this modem is closed and modem is not connected to internet
Check, if you use autodetect function in dc-unlocker software
Check, if you use latest dc-unlocker software version.

Still no luck, have tried all you suggestions again, and have tried setting everything in manual mode as well. Have even just tried it on another computer, any other suggestions? Thanks Steve.

Try to use enable diagnostic port function in dc-unlocker software. Then restart anb try to detect by autodetect.
