ZTE MF645 Problem With Unlock

Hi.
I have one ZTE MF645 with digital Tv operator Claro BR.
But i don't make unlock this with a dc_unlocker.
I buy one credit in site.

I put the moden 3g in pc, and later install all drivers, open the dc_unlocker
and click to detect moden but i have one error.

For correct ZTE modem detection, please plug modem with invalid operator SIM inserted. Wait till software starts the modem, close ZTE software and then you can detect modem with DC-Unlocker.

If you can not detect modem you should check the fallowing:
Check, if the drivers are installed
Check, if the connection software for this modem is closed and modem is not connected to internet
Check, if you use autodetect function in dc-unlocker software
Check, if you use latest dc-unlocker software version.

Could you write your username that you had received after credits purchase?

No,dc-unlocker does not work on 64bit systems. Could you your username ? Also check, if nothing is blocking dc-unlocker and you have enough rights on computer.

Yes, dc-unlocker work with windows7 32 bit system. If all drivers are installed you should see device in ports and in modems sections of device manager.

One question, this moden have a TV Digital, how software i use to received TV with this moden unlocked ?
before unlocked i used the Software of Claro BR, but now him don't work more.

You mean TV Digital does not work with original sim and software any more?

No don't work, but i think that is the software Claro BR.
No exist another software to received TV Digital with ZTE modem?

Sorry, we have no software for TV digital. Original software should still work with original sim card.
