If you are trying to read currently written dashboard then of course it will not work, because you wrote wrong dashboard.
You should write back original dashboard which came with modem originally. Unless you did not read it before writing other dashboard to modem.

But sorry, I am not sure if they will work on your modem.

I read the Dashboard but I get the same file with same size and content. I wrote that again but no change. Is there a way to find the proper dashboard for my dongle?

i have the same problem too i tried typing AT+ZCDRUN=F but still won't detect.....I think DC -UNlocker has stuffed my modem!

DC-unlocker does not change anything to your modem. Please, double check, if you enter command correctly. What answer do you receive?

For correct ZTE modem detection, please plug modem with invalid operator SIM inserted. Wait till software starts the modem, close ZTE software and then you can detect modem with DC-Unlocker.

Do you see modem in device manager under modems and ports sections?

No i don't detect, but in device and printer, i only see unrecognized ZTE wares, which i cannot install bcos there is no driver. I only hear sound from my system when i insert modem, but no other signs. Pls i need ur help

Try to install/reinstall connection manager of your device, or contact us by Live support chat.

I can not install any connection bcos the modem can not be detected by the system,yesterday when i inserted it on my system, it noticed it but could not install completely, i don't know what to do again i really need ur help

If you can't contact us by Live support chat try to look for drivers online for your device. It should fix detection problem after you install them.
